Bien souder les bords en les humidifiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire 2 \u00e0 3\u00a0chemin\u00e9es sur le dessus afin de laisser \u00e9chapper la vapeur pendant la cuisson. Dorer \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uf battu et enfourner 25 \u00e0 30\u00a0min. \u00c0\u00a0la\u00a0sortie du four, verser la cr\u00e8me par les chemin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un entonnoir en papier et remuer le p\u00e2t\u00e9 pour bien \u00e9tendre la nappe de cr\u00e8me \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.
